Consumer Focus proposes landlord feedback website

The private rented sector is generating too many complaints, according to a new report from Consumer Focus.
The government-backed watchdog names one of the biggest issues as tenants’ lack of knowledge about their landlords, prior to signing a tenancy agreement.
