Swedish investor eyes UK private rented sector

A leading Swedish property investment firm has plans to break into the UK private rented sector, The Financial Times reports. According to the newspaper, Akelius is interested in mid-market blocks of flats in the London area, and has appointed real estate advisor, CBRE, to seek out suitable properties.
