Rightmove: December asking prices down 3%

House sellers coming to market dropped their asking prices by 3% in December, to an average £222,410, according to Rightmove’s latest house price index.
Falls in asking prices have been recorded in five of the last six months, leaving the typical vendor’s ambitions a mere 0.4% up on December 2009, and the property portal expects the [...]
